Hello my beautiful Queens!
We are in the middle of our new year resolutions and Spring is around the corner. For many the beginning of the year is a time to get back to the gym and start a healthy lifestyle. I am one of those people, I fell off for a bit, but I am back at it again along with waist training. Time to get back at it and look smoking hot for Spring and Summer.
Since everyone is on the working out hype we have been getting a lot of questions regarding our famous Colombian waist trainers. The number top questions we receive are:
- "How do I know what size I am?"
- "How do I measure my waist?"
- "Do they work?"
Guess what? I am here to answer those questions and show you how to measure your waistline.
The key to measuring your waist is by using a measuring tape and measuring your waistline. Your waistline is about two to three fingers above your belly button. Take your waistline measurement and look it up on our measuring chart at www.iza.la. Do they work? Heck yes! I have seen women go from a size XL to a Small. I personally saw results in as little as 7 days. Keep in mind this is not a get slim quick method. Like everything you must be consistent, put in effort, eat healthy and be active.
One thing I have to stress is do not wear it over 4 hours a day and please don't sleep with it.
Hope this was helpful and watch the video: Waist trainers: How to measure & select your size
below on how I measure to select the correct waist trainer size.
If you would like me to personally look over your measurements please send an email with your measurements and full body photo.
