Spring and Summer is my favorite time of the year as mentioned in previous articles we get to play with colors and our wardrobe becomes more fun and sexy. We all want to be stylish and what is in the now. For this season there was so many trends that were seen on the runways that I will be sharing with you a few of the hottest trends this Spring/Summer for 2016. When you go out shopping you will be able to notice what is in and trending.
INTIMATES LOOK-A-LIKES
Speaking of sexy, the hottest trend this season is intimates style pieces like lace and satin. As see on numerous runway shows like the famous Celine where you see sleeping style gowns that have lace and satin made to go out on the town.
SHEER & TRANSPARENT PIECES
SUEDE GALORE
Suede or faux suede is still a big trend this season and I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon. We saw this trend take full force last year during the fall and I am glad to see it continue into this season. The fell of it is so soft and smooth and it's textures is amazing. We are seeing it in pants, dresses, skirts and even handbags.
MAXI DRESSES
Maxi dresses will never be out of style during Spring and Summer, the great thing is that you can use the ones from last year. They are simple and comfortable to wear, you can dress then up or down. We are seeing a lot of chiffon, cotton and tulle fabrics.
SPARKLE & METALLICS
Sparkle and metallics were seen all over the runway and it's one of my favorites because I love anything that sparkles. You will see this trend from blazers, shoes, handbags and dresses. You can't go wrong with these two trends when you want to spice up you outfit you will see that it add a little pop.
